Non-Returnable Items – Food & Edibles
Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, ingestible products—including Honey Shilajit Plus and other edible items—are non-returnable. This policy helps ensure product integrity and consumer safety.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a refund or replacement. To process your request, please contact us with your order number and clear images of the item showing the damage or defect. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Instructions (For Eligible Returns Only)
If your order qualifies for a return (non-edible, unused items), please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

2. Include the return portion of your packing slip. If unavailable, add a note with your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

3. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
